Creativity and Presence – an inspiring workshop to highlight your team day
Are you looking for team day content that combines relaxation, creativity, and insight?
This unique workshop offers exactly that – light yet meaningful shared activity in the inspiring setting of Fiskars Village.
The workshop is a perfect part of an educational retreat or a shared team day to recharge. It is held at The Torby Hotel, whose beautiful and tranquil surroundings support creative work and a natural flow of ideas.
Imagination Meets Spatial Thinking
During the day, participants will create a pencil drawing of their own “dream space” – an imaginary interior where the mind can rest and creativity can flow freely.
This exercise opens up new ways of spatial thinking and encourages visual expression through approachable drawing tasks.
The workshop begins with a short and inspiring introduction to spatial perception and the basics of perspective drawing. After that, each participant can dive into their own creative process – guided, but in their own style.
Relaxed Togetherness and New Insights
The day culminates in a sharing session where participants discuss their drawings together.
The atmosphere is relaxed, supportive, and encouraging of experimentation – exactly the kind of setting where new ideas and team spirit can flourish.
No previous drawing experience is required – only curiosity and a willingness to try something new.
